When to replace?

Replace the piston when the vent no longer opens properly despite high temperatures, or if the piston is seized. For minor seizing, try adding oil to the mechanism first. The Family greenhouse has 4 automatic vents, the City has one.

Tips

Check piston operation before each summer season. Faulty ventilation can lead to temperatures above 40°C, which is dangerous for your crops.
