Which format to choose?

• City format (112 cm): designed for the short towers of the City 3.5 m² greenhouse
• Family format (152 cm): designed for the tall towers of Family 11, 15, 22 and 44 m² greenhouses

The two formats are not interchangeable – please check your greenhouse model before ordering.

Role in the system

The felts sit inside the growing towers, between the root anchoring foam and the PVC casing. They capture the nutrient-rich water flowing from the nozzle at the top of the tower and redistribute it evenly by capillary action along the full height. Make sure the felt does not protrude at the front of the tower, otherwise water will run directly onto the leaves instead of feeding the roots.

When to replace?

Replace felts at each new growing season or as soon as they show signs of wear (tears, clogging, loss of capillarity). Without a felt in good condition, irrigation becomes uneven and plants may suffer from dehydration. The pack of 4 felts renews 2 complete towers.
