Shipping rates

An estimate of the cost of delivery is calculated according to the weight of your parcel and the country of delivery before you validate your basket. The least expensive option is automatically proposed. These costs are definitively confirmed before the final validation of the order.

When an order that has benefited from free delivery is partially returned and the final purchase is less than the minimum amount required to benefit from free delivery, the amount corresponding to the shipping costs that should have been applied to the products retained will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Delivery

Products are delivered by the carrier chosen by the customer during the ordering process. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer is responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of the information provided to MYFOOD SAS. MYFOOD SAS cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of delay or error in delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely at the Customer's expense. Deliveries are made on Mondays and Thursdays, except for public holidays and special events.

If the parcel tracking service of our carriers indicates that the parcel has been delivered, but that the Customer has not received the parcel, the Customer will have to make a search/claim with the carrier's commercial services, but in no case will MYFOOD SAS be held responsible for the loss or theft of the parcel, thus no compensation or reshipment will be possible.

Delivery errors

The purchaser must notify MYFOOD SAS on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, of any claim of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the Products in kind or in quality compared to the indications on the order confirmation email. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.

Delivery times

Orders placed online via the Website are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. MYFOOD SAS does its utmost to process and dispatch all orders placed before 10am on the same day. However, the processing and preparation time for an order may be longer and may take between 1 and 2 working days. An e-mail is automatically sent to the Customer when the Products are dispatched, provided that the e-mail address given in the registration form is correct.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the carrier and the place of delivery, but you can expect delivery within 2 to 7 working days in metropolitan France and Europe. Delivery times are indicative and start from the date of dispatch.

Delivery delays

In the event of a delay in delivery due to the carrier, the customer must contact the carrier as a matter of priority. In the case of significant delays, the Customer may contact MYFOOD by sending an email to the following address: support@myfood.eu, or by using the contact form on the Website.

MYFOOD will open a litigation or investigation file to search for the parcel. In the event that the package is not found, MYFOOD will reimburse the sums paid for the Order after the postal services have completed their investigation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MYFOOD shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from a delay in delivery, and MYFOOD shall only refund the Product to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.
